Before request for direct billing:

• Direct billing is limited to certain insurance companies only. Please check with your RTM for more information.

• Please have a full understanding of your own insurance policies before requesting direct billing. RMT does not affiliate with insurance companies and will not be able to answer any insurance related questions. 

​

• Direct billing to ICBC and WCB is not available at the moment. Any clients that have an active case with ICBC and WCB will not be eligible for direct billing services.  

​

• Secondary coverage is limited to the Pacific Blue Cross only.
